Norak has the two main certifications in the translation industry. Some companies claim they comply with them. We do have the certificates, framed in our headquarters.
ISO-9001 guarantees we follow the strictest project management workflows and protocols. EN-15038 guarantees only qualified and specialised professionals will do and manage your translation. And all this is certified by TÜV Rheinland.
Our Certifications
By now you surely know the numbers: ISO-9001 and EN-15038. But we didn’t stop there. Norak has a high security certificate in data protection, fully EU law compliant. Our own servers are Thawte secured and guaranteed, “it’s a trust thing”.
We also are an EU awarded translation provider and a licensed SDL Trados user. We know.

Our Resources
Our translators are your translators. Most live in their countries of origin. In this way we can guarantee “in-market” translations, we understand your target audience.
To comply with EN-15038 we can only recruit and use native qualified specialised and experienced professional translators. No aficionados, no amateurs. Only professionals:
- Native translators in their target languages.
- Qualified at degree level or higher.
- High level of specialisation, with a minimum proven work experience of 5 years.
- To this Norak adds its own recruitment programme: all our approved vendors must pass our own tests with flying colours. Only 15% of applicants make it.
